My suggestion is to also be very conscientious about the words, phrases, and verbage you use.
Years ago when I was starting college, with aspirations of going to law school (law degree to work in the social services/juvenile court system…. I knew way back then things were seriously fucked up & I wanted to save all the kids) I had a prominent, respected attorney advise me to get my masters degree in English instead of political science, and focus most of my attention and studies on the english language, and learn how to use, manipulate, and master it. What words you use and the way you use them can have a huge impact on how the audience/host perceives and connects with you. It's the basic principle behind neuro-linguistic programing.
IMO, I think it would benefit you to stay away from phrases and terminology that are common here but will sound alien/foreign to the general public. "Breads", "baker", "crumbs", "digs", "proofs", "red-pill" etc. will all sound unfamiliar or wrong to listeners in this context and create a feeling of separation… which could fuel the "cult" labeling they are going to try to spin. Plain, simple, easy to understand language will make it difficult for (((them))) to twist your words.
Stay on guard, but don't get defensive if they try to bait you. Wisdom, wit, humor and charm go a long way in the public view. The energy you project will influence the audience and viewers just as much as the words you speak. Meditate, pray, and stay centered.
Try to stick to the most basic, easy to swallow topics, and leave the heavy stuff for them to find and digest on their own for now. You can lead the horse to water…. but if you throw him in the deep end, he'll drown, lol.
Stay safe, stay aware, stay positive.
