I'm still thinking the train hit the trailer, separated it from the cab at the crossing, then dragged the trailer down the tracks until the trailer slid down the embankment.

In that case, then, if the truck was traveling right to left (in the wide angle photo) and tried to go around the cross blocks (zig zag), it would explain the angled hit, and the location of the wreckage.

Also, this is probably the resting position of the train right after the accident.

That's the back locomotive, so the train basically stopped within a train's length of the impact.

We should be able to get a ball park on the train's speed if we know the length of the train.

Despite all the roads being closed, the train hit a garbage truck while going 70 mph. The front wheels of the front engine derailed, but the rear wheels stayed on the tracks. With all the roads closed for security reasons, the only way the garbage truck could have gotten in the way of the train would be if it was done intentionally.

Even some Congressmen are now saying the accident had to have been staged, and that it was an attempt to kill a large number of congressmen who voted to release the memo. Large numbers of deaths would have occurred if the train did derail, (as planned) but with the will of God it mostly stayed on the tracks and none of the cars or engines tipped over. If that had happened at 70 MPH the results would have been devastating.

Carlos Curbelo from Florida was the first to call in to MSNBC at around 9:36 - so 15 minutes after the crash. He describes the event as not very serious. Says he can see people inspecting the train but everyone seems to be all right. It's about 5 minutes later that reports start coming in about bodies thrown from the truck and Congressmen doctors helping out. If that were really going on, he'd have seen it by then.

Also, there are no people talking in the background on his cell phone call. You'd think you'd hear noises of people talking. It's as if they recorded it earlier, then had to fix up their story later.

I think this whole thing was an attempt to trend Kristol's stupid #GOPTrainWreck but then our side took charge of the narrative and invented casualties.

How many different combos are there? Which are most common? Common letters in English are E,T,A,O,N,R,I,S…

This is an interesting idea for a hidden message. Two separate sources, i.e. the two images come at different times and potentially from different channels. The message is discovered out of the combination. In the real world it would never be something so obvious as one character per star in a regular pattern. It would be hidden better or need a 3rd piece of info like a template to identify the group of marks for a single character.

But, this may all be coincidence. After all we have a huge number of other undecoded items staring us in the face, that do not use anything so complex. We should work on them, not on this.

In particular some of the stringers have been decoded. At one time we thought they were secret messages to operators. Well if that is wrong and we have some decoded, then we should look at how the encoding was done and review every one looking for other decoding possibilities.
