The reason for all the Russia hysteria is that the cabal suspects the Russians may be the ones doing this to them. They recognize that Trump's approach is suspiciously similar to the one that Vladimir Putin used in the early 2000's. They have noticed in 2014 a sudden surge of Russia's capabilities in electronic warfare using seemingly impossible radio-electronic devices such as the one that disabled the AEGIS system on an American destroyer in the Black Sea. In Syria they have seen anti-tank missiles explode just before they reach their target. The cabal probably have still not figured out how the Russians so totally defeated them and squirmed out from under their grasp. But Russians love chess. In 1987 they did 3 key things. They had a meeting and dissolved the Soviet Union, thus unleashing several new countries with the ability to act separately or together. The effect on global diplomacy was similar to firing a shotgun (or throwing a handful of stones) at a telephone wire. Secondly, they dissolved the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. The cabal had concentrated all power within this organization. When it could no longer act, the cabal was on the mat and the 10 count was beginning.
Then the master stroke. The dissolution agreement gave every citizen the home or apartment that they were living in as private property, 100% theirs. No rent. No mortgage. This meant that a citizen who was unemployed could survive if they could get enough food to eat, that's all. From friends, family, in the extensive forests of Russia. It did not matter where, just a subsistence diet and you could survive indefinitely AND WORK FOR FREE.
So, when the cabal tried to shut down the Russian defence industries, the patriotic Russian workers just kept working, often in secret, and without Party bosses to tell them what to do, a wave of hidden creativity swept through the nation.
Some of that technical and engineering creativity is now coming out into the open in non-defense applications as the newer generations get on board, and the defense applications no longer need all hands on deck.
The cabal may not know who this secret force is, but I bet that Trump and Putin and Xi know all about it. And any world leader who publicly makes statements about national sovereignty, i.e. NOT the NWO globalist order

That makes sense to me, since the damaged truck was where the people are standing.
The trailer was further down in the direction of train travel in the wide angle, so the train must have hit the trailer, separated it from the cab on impact and dragged it down the track until the trailer flipped on the steep embankment.
That it was makes sense to me, but only speculation., based on the photos alone.
