31dddb No.1815001

Information sourced from a George Soros funded outlet, so this is literally out of the mouths of *liberals themselves* (have fun debunking this one, douchebags):

"Orphaned by deportation: the crisis of American children left behind"

DATE: "15 Oct 2014" - Obama era (long before Trump announced his hat in the ring, even)

"But Obama’s deadline came and went, and with it Andrés’s hopes of reuniting his family after his father was wrenched from his life three years ago. "

Translation: The inability to reunite families is an OBAMA ERA policy.

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2014/oct/15/immigration-boy-reform-obama-deportations-families-separated

"The Shame of America’s Family Detention Camps"

DATE: "Feb. 4, 2015" - Obama era.

"the Dream Act legislation, which would offer a path to permanent residency for immigrants who arrived before the age of 16, the president [Obama] announced an executive action in 2012 to block their deportation."

Translation: children cannot be deported, but their parents can.

Result: Separation.

https://www.nytimes.com/2015/02/08/magazine/the-shame-of-americas-family-detention-camps.html

"Treatment of Unaccompanied Minors in Detention Centers"

DATE: " December 15, 2014" - Obama era

"In 2013, around 38,000 unaccompanied minors were detained at the U.S./Mexico border."

Translation: If children arrive without parents, they're detained separately.

http://pages.vassar.edu/children-of-immigration/2014/12/15/treatment-of-unaccompanied-minors-in-detention-centers/

Finally, PDF study (the PDF itself is marked June 2013 - bottom right of top page, but it was only uploaded in 2017. Also note, it's been funded and thus may not be truly impartial):

No title, just a straight quote:

"An estimated 660,000 children – 150,000 last year

alone – have been separated from one parent or both

by our nation’s heartless detain-and-deport immigration laws."

https://humanimpact.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/Family-Unity-Family-Health-2013.pdf

QED: THE MEDIA AND DEMOCRATS ARE HYPOCRITES: THESE POLICIES HAPPENED UNDER THEIR WATCH WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A SHITSTORM. NOW IT'S TRUMP? SUDDEN OUTRAGE!

31dddb No.1815072

This is what happens when you don't do your due research, false media: you get rekt by someone who does.

Ironically, Trump is most likely going to *rectify this mistake*, so they're trashing the one president who is going to fix the mess left by the Obama-era administration.

I bet the democrats won't be slamming down detention centre doors to admit that fact any time soon.

060984 No.1815336

I wonder how many of the current politicians who are now screaming about the kids separated at the border actually voted for the law in the first place. Might be interesting.

More to the point, why do media journalists have memory worse than that of goldfish?

"Why Obama’s executive action on immigration excluded parents of ‘dreamers’"

DATE: (even if title is super obvious) "November 30, 2014" - Obama era.

"The dreamers, in the eyes of many advocates, were an especially sympathetic group, children who had been brought into the country illegally and had been granted temporary relief under the president’s 2012 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA. Now these advocates were saying the parents deserved similar relief as well.

The administration sought a way to include them, but lawyers from the Department of Homeland Security, the Justice Department and the White House examined the legal arguments and decided against it."

"Deportation Separated Thousands Of U.S.-Born Children From Parents In 2013"

DATE: " 25/06/2014 22:22" UPDATED: "26/06/2014" - Obama era

"The reports show that even parents of U.S. citizens are among the hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants being expelled from the United States each year. They hold particular significance as President Barack Obama faces pressure to change his deportation policies to keep families together. Obama's deportation policies are under increased scrutiny by those in both political parties as the House stalls on immigration reform and the government scrambles to deal with an influx of unaccompanied minors crossing the U.S. border illegally. While opponents of immigration reform have argued that Obama's lax enforcement is attracting new unauthorized immigrants, reform advocates are turning to the White House to slow deportations."

https://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/parents-deportation_n_5531552

Even ABC7, writing an article in 2017, gives an example that's from, wait for it…

2014! - Obama era:

"In 2014, Vargas pleaded with the pope to intervene on behalf of her dad and 11 million other undocumented immigrants. Now, she is 13 years old and joined her father as he prepared for his first immigration hearing."

DATE: "Friday, February 10, 2017"

Because Trump is a time traveller, obviously. /sarc

31dddb No.1816542

"Immigration “Reform” Won’t Stop Parent-Child Separation"

DATE: "September 24, 2013" - Obama era.

"children all over the United States will live in fear of being separated from their parents."

"Additionally, the bill that recently passed in the Senate doesn’t guarantee a way for undocumented immigrants to bring their family members who have been removed back to the US."

"Although current law does allow some unauthorized immigrants to avoid deportation by showing that a separation would result in “extreme hardship” to their US citizen or legal-resident families, and the Senate bill would allow judges to waive an immigrant’s removal in light of the “hardship,” the granting of such exceptions would be subject to the discretion of the courts."

https://truthout.org/articles/immigration-reform-wont-stop-parent-child-separation/

The law is an OBAMA ERA one.

Surprise!

But what about even earlier? Here's an article from 2010:

"Immigration Enforcement and Family Separation: Unintended Consequences for Children and Families"

DATE: "May 29, 2010" - Obama era.

"The impacts on child well-being and family unity resulting from such enforcement activities are immeasurable. They include separation (sometimes permanent) from one or both parents due to detention and/or deportation, interruptions in schooling, short and long-term emotional trauma, and economic hardship due to the loss of the family breadwinner. "

"President Obama, Stop Separating and Deporting Our Families"

DATE: "12/02/2013" UPDATED: "Feb 01, 2014"

"I am Ju Hong, the "heckler" that interrupted your speech at the Betty Ong Center in San Francisco last week. I spoke up not out of disrespect, however, either for you or our country. No, I spoke up – and am writing to you now – to ask that you use your executive order to halt deportations for 11.5 million undocumented immigrant families."

"You did not address how you deported 205,000 parents of U.S. citizens in the last two years. You did not address how, because of your administration's record number of deportations–nearly two million immigrants in five years, a record–families are being torn apart"

Following on from Hu's link:

"Nearly 205K Deportations of Parents of U.S. Citizens in Just Over Two Years"

DATE: "Dec 17, 2012" - Obama era

"Between July 1, 2010, and Sept. 31, 2012, nearly 23 percent of all deportations–or, 204,810 deportations–were issued for parents with citizen children, according to federal data unearthed through a Freedom of Information Act request. "

As the pretentious outlet snopes might say: Parents separated from children a Trump policy? FALSE.

31dddb No.1816580

Could someone kindly tweet to each individual media outlet it's own article so they might read the garbage they actually write?

Their OPTICS are OUT OF FOCUS.

31dddb No.1827709

It's kinda interesting I mention OPTICS being OUT OF FOCUS and Q posts an image that is, well… optically out of focus:

To fight fire with fire we have to remember the other side uses feelings.. not facts. They just need to cling to creating an emotional reaction and they have done that. They have already vilified POTUS and anyone who does due diligence would know otherwise.

that being said it is useful to have a collection of these things.

Soros et al. is not interested in facts. Only virtue signalling and righteous indignation. They have created a generation that only can do "group think".. heck look at the incident in the restaurant yesterday when people were calling for "No borders".. Headdesk. We need something stronger for this psychological warfare… anyone know the antidote for Alinsky?

fc54de No.1831214

when parents get deported, are the kids unable to join them where they're going?

Are the parents in jail right now able to just say "I want to go home now, send me and my kids home please" and the US Gov will send them away?

>"To fight fire with fire we have to remember the other side uses feelings.. not facts."

Remember, my source for information was a *liberal* outlet - George Soros funded. That is to say, they're contradicting the media narrative. That should tell you something.

As for emotions, you can easily redirect them (emotions change on a whim and are subject to subtle changes in tone).

For example, flip the outrage back:

IF THE MEDIA WANT TO GET TO THE TRUE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM, MAYBE THEY SHOULD READ THEIR OWN ARTICLES FIRST?

There isn't a valid response for that, and all claims to the contrary would just be the media 'enabling Obama era separation policies to continue as they continue to peddle lies'.

Fighting emotions is pretty easy. All you need is an audience, and then you've got to craft the image in verbal terms that triggers the emotional feeling you want to occur.

The outrage at deportation isn't an issue or the issue - the issue is why are the media falsely blaming Trump for it when he wasn't responsible?

Emotion + logic + evidence > emotion.

31dddb No.1834788

>>1831214

I believe as it stands:

1) Parents are physically separated from children as a general ICE policy (there's the implication someone could be falsely claiming to be a child's parent and they might actually be a stranger/kidnapper who might try to rape the child when ICE's back is turned - and then how would that shit look? ICE are in a no-win scenario)

2) Obama's block on deporting children IMPLIES adults can be deported but children can't (meaning they separated), which is an Obama era absurdity that Trump needs to rectify

3) It was implemented because Obama couldn't get the DREAMER act though (which was supposed to guarantee children+parents a place, so instead he just made sure children just couldn't be deported as a 'hold over' policy - his hope being Hillary would take over and 'finish the job').

31dddb No.1834991

Media hysteria and misdirection as it stands:

1) Media can't research for shit

2) Adults are always separated from children for the safety of the children regardless of whether or not the adults CLAIM (true or otherwise) to be the parents. This happens even in jail systems. Do they propose children be kept with adult prisoners there 'in-case family are separated'? I'm guessing the answer is 'no'.

3) There's no guarantee a person claiming to be a parent actually is (what do you do in the event of step-parents or adoptive parents or legal guardians? Same policy?)

4) The inability to deport together is an absurdity created by an executive order by Obama that wasn't properly thought through, and can only be contradicted by another executive order, IE Trump isn't actually the villain, Obama is. Trump can potentially be the hero though (or not, if he so chooses).

5) The executive order was as a result of representatives not being able to agree on immigration shit period - which in a heavily democratic representative at the time would have been a democratic failure, and not republican as the media like to claim

6) Voting in favour of a bad immigration policy (if Obama couldn't properly think through a simple executive order, what else could he not think through properly?) would not have been the solution. It was a false choice held under duress 'allow everyone in or separate families via executive order'.

7) Media could have done substantially more to highlight the issue under the Obama administration.

8) Democrats could have done substantially more to highlight the issue under the Obama administration (Republicans have no issue raising up challenges to Trump, so where are the balls on the democrats at?)

9) Everyone is assuming because they've been told Trump is an evil villain that he's automatically guilty of any and every accusation. This is probably by the same 'trial by media' group who insist terrorists should be assumed innocent until proven guilty.

10) Anyone who has read the supplied facts - even presented formerly by said media outlets - are sharply aware the media outlets are wrong. *Including liberals* (surprisingly, liberals can't solve their issues if they blame the wrong people and the wrong cause)

Looks like the media and those who haven't done due dilligence are the only ones screaming this hyperbole.

PS what happened to that thread demanding Q should respond to the family immigration issue? Seems to have disappeared.

Mysteriously.

Maybe it fits here:

- BP is not ICE

- BP apprehends illegal crossings

- ICE has ERO/DO & HSI

- ERO/DO deport out of the country, contain interior

- HSI handles criminal investigations (human smuggling, drug trafficking, etc.)

- Children are considered under 18 (juveniles)

- Initiated during Obama, before being sent to a home (run by HHS), children are initially kept in a processing center with chain link fencing. In these centers:

- Males and females are kept separate

- Males would consistently fight with other males

- Males would flash gang signs at one another

- Males and females would engage in sexual activity through the chain link fencing

- Many of the children come with diseases

- This was done for the safety of agents and other children

- Children aren't "ripped" from their parent's arms

- Parents cross with their children hoping to use the US’s broken immigration system

- Parents know they will be OAR'd and "disappear" into US territories after processed

- Parents knowingly give their children to smugglers/strangers to cross them (no concern for their safety)

- Most family units are from central america

- What gang originates in central america?

- Older juveniles carry bundles of MJ across the border because:

- They want money

- Know they will be processed voluntarily returned (VR)

- Current BP HQ and station management are the swamp

- They don't talk for agents

- Agent's concerns:

- Little manpower

- Numerous unmanned areas (ASOs/DTOs utilize these areas)

- Lack of technology

- Lack of intel for agent's safety

- Cut in pay (thank HQ, Tester, Chaffetz, BP Union)

- Camps

- ACLU

- Not enough AUSAs to prosecute cases

- BPA Union is run by crooks

- They don't talk on behalf of the agents

- They have their own agenda

- ACLU is trying to dismantle BP

POTUS's election was a win for BPAs, but he needs to drain the BP swamp. Past BP Chief used government funds to fly and meet BP mistress.

The wall WILL work, and direct contact with agents WILL work.

Suggestion for Immigration Memes:

-show rape tree, illegal children used as slaves at egg farm; Judges comments on Obama's treatment of illegal children at the border.

Can only find one meme on immigration and it has to do with CNN

31dddb No.1873629

I think we can take on a bigger airship in the memes department if we just had Obama hiding behind a Trump mask: 'I didn't do it, Trump did!'

Or 'He didn't do it, Trump did!'. Either way works.

An infographic showing the immigration law on a time line showing which parts are Obama era and which are Trump era would be nice.
