Means - 5g - contact tracing (tracking), mass vaccinations (rdf embedded). Make vaccination not mandatory then slowly tie it & chip away at all meaningful items over a few years. Without the vaccine you cannot: travel (tied to passport renewals), cannot drive (ties to drivers license renewal), healthcare (denied access to facility), career (large companies require bf you can work for them), any places of high contact (stadiums) and on and on until you conform. Don't worry by then you will have all learned the new key words ‘the new normal’ .
