>We've got a big war coming up, and the poor people are going to be fighting it because this is where this goes.
Okay. Very good point. The rich don't fight wars. China is MADE of poor people.
Remember the Korean War? Endless waves of Chinese bodies to stop bullets?
How many troops could China fit on just ONE of the four-dozen super-duper container ships that comes to the USA every day/hour/whatever?
Who would even think to question the cargo of a few thousand containers in LA or Seattle?
I'm not indicating I think it is likely. I'm just saying to keep your mind open. There will be no Normandy if foreigners step out of our newsrooms and into our streets. No troop ships. No official declaration of war.
Literally, the entire PLA could already be just off shore, for all we know. Xi Pan Da has nothing to lose, like Mao had nothing to lose. China has a very long history of wars or building projects of attrition. They are the same people. They will keep producing the same results, yes?
Soldiers are generally no-options kinda dumb young horny guys. Are they likely to throw down their arms if they are in America and realize that their Precious Commander is just telling them to go die?
No, The CCP propaganda will be FULL of warning that the evil roundeye will rape you to death if you surrender.
I think a propaganda campaign aimed at the PLA would be a good idea. Entire regiments in Oil War I surrendered to the Americans. Plant the seeds in the People's minds that if they surrender, they will be better-treated than if they continued to fight for Xi Pan Da.
Those FEMA camps can be pretty comfy compared to life in the PLA for the Chinese dudes.
One of the tactics used in Vietnam was to low-key capture a local Viet rando. Treat him like a king with girls, liquor, and fine food. Drop him back in the jungle with a radio, tell him to hide it and just let you know of anything he considers relevant. No pressure. Goodbye.
The side people will end up on is this:
The guys who are having more FUN.
