Ive been being fucked around by police since i was 13
A prank of a friend(9th grade 2003ish) turns into zero tolerance policies and charging me with like 5 felony's(dropped to 1 misdemeanor)
Trumped up sex charges(10th grade 2004-5ish) from a situation where by the letter of the law I WAS RAPED and the girl that led me to that situation lied about herself to even get me there(charged with like 5 felonies and then dropped to 1 misdemeanor after i gave them evidence that shutdown everything they were saying about me, during there whole investigation they NEVER spoke to me(2 years), could have just stopped the whole thing before they arrested me in my school hallway for RAPE(said that audibly in front of dozens of kids so even through i was innocent by every measure it didn't really matter....)
Theft chages from a drug dealer who lied and called the police and said i robbed her after she tried to rob me(gave the police text messages that proved she was full of shit 4 or 5 felonies down to 2 misdemeanors, she then later dropped to chages against my CO-ds after i signed the plea because i had to money to continue fighting it..)
and apparently because in PA you lose your gun rights BASED ON WHAT YOU COULD HAVE RECEIVED AS A SENTENCE AND NOT WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GOT. So my INALIENABLE rights to protect my family have been gone since i was 13.....the fuck.....
So now the state is charging me AGAIN because the rules for my supposed civil rights are intentionally confusing.....
I dont have fucking 5g to attempt to get a court hearing(you can spend money and never even see a judge here)
How do i get a presidential pardon?
How can misdemeanors AS A CHILD remove my adult civil rights???
Like im so tired of the gov fucking with my life over and over and over and over again.....like my whole life has been on probation basically....
like to the point where i would rather be fucking dead than deal with this again.....
