When Gov't chooses to release a formerly classified document, there are careful and necessary reviews before it can be put into public domain... The REDACTIONS have to stay in place to protect information --- Please don't screw with this, or ultimately, you'll destroy whatever chances we have to see any more declass that you are all hoping for!!
