I agree, blinking doesn't seem natural. I'm halfway decent at morse/CW, but if this is in fact morse code, all I could make out were random letters and numbers. Nothing meaningful. So if it is, it seems to be encrypted. Even if I compare with other possibilities, just seems like a "numbers station" style comm. If anyone here is not familiar with numbers stations, I highly recommend looking into it. Basically unless you have the one-time-pad to decrypt the message, you never know what it is.

If you're able to deliver an unrelated message using a sophisticated coded technique whilst speaking fluently, then that is talent.
I m,ean, spend time on this as much as you like, I think it is a good spot for other reasons - such as mental breakdowns of cabal reporters or the effects of/symptoms of mind reprogramming gone wrong, but I do not think this was a message other than a message that these people are cracking.
