This doesnt make any sense (to me) and HexEdit showed nothing useful either for data. If you want to know how I decoded the song I used a software program called AnthemScore. So, maybe it is not as esoteric as we think, maybe it is blatantly obvious. This circle reminds me of a flattened version of the "8" symbol that the NSA used/uses. If you can remember the Q post that had the infinity symbol? Which also is the symbol on the right hand inner wrist of the female "Liz Crokin" who was in the Out of Shadow documentary. If anyone can remember the post with this "figure 8" symbol, please post below.

I did a reverse image search on the corn field picture and found that it also exists somewhere else on the internet. The actual physical location of that cornfield is at a place called: "Kirchners" and it was first uploaded to the internet on April 7th 2017. Yet if you go to the source URL, the website exists but the image is gone. Although if you disregard that URL and click on the JPG file it brings you to a website called cdn.brownfieldagnewfags.com

I Googled "Kirchners" and the first result is an Argentine Politician called "Cristina Fernández de Kirchner", she is the VP of Argentina. Her husband died of a heart attack.
