I've seen quite a few people mentioning this magazine such as from the Fall Cabal documentary by Janet Ossebaard, the February '97 in particular, as well as a reference to Trump choosing jerseys with the number 17 instead of 45, and that it could be because Q is the 17th number in the alphabet.

Was up late last night and wondered what the rest of that magazine looked like inside. Maybe there had been more references on other pages? Then I thought, well shit I bet if there's any references it'd be on page 17.

Went to eBay to look if they were selling any, saw 3 and the damn price was 250-3000+!! I said FUCK THAT and emailed two of the sellers asking to see a pic of page 17, I can include the eBay msg if you'd like.

I didn't see Q's post about the Paul Revere lanterns until after I got the 17th page, and I was shocked and would like to start a discussion about what it could mean.

I've posted on /r/Conspiracy subreddit but it's been downvoted and hasn't been seen by many eyes.

I looked google maps at the library foundation. Arrow point to thompson island, Nothing there. Then it says "...elected offical..." 3 dots front and back. 33 -cabal's favorite number for "elected officals", but maybe still a stretch. Then looked up the Schlossberg fella that's mentioned at the bottom right of the page. He married Caroline Kennedy (JFK's daughter) and had 3 kids (JFK's grandchildren). Schossberg is jewish decent from Ukrane. Wiki made sure to mention that. The 3 kids went to Yale/Harvard, had 1 that voted for obummer, and invited to an event in 2012 that one of them created. If there's something there, then I don't see it. He also wrote book in '77 The philosopher's game: match your wits against the 100 greatest thinkers of all time. newfag York: St. Martin's Press. Ok so this is weird...the award that is discussed on this page was awarded to Corkin Cherubini in 1996 and Charles Price in 1997.

First Corkin co-wrote a book about gang stalking with someone by the name P. Angelini....is that a joke? Angelini and Cherubini? Ok anyways, Corkin is best known for getting rid of some policy for the education system in GA which basically amounted to a modern day segregation. He called it educational aparhtied.

Then Charles Price (was awarded this after the publication at the ceremony discussed in this publication) was a judge for the 15th district court in AL. All i can really find on him was that he was the instigator in a case against a fellow judge because he believed he was violating the constitutional amendments for separation of church and state by displaying the ten commandments on the wall in his court room. What preceded was a clusterfuck of a court predeedings in which price was the presiding judge in which he made a ruling against his original complaint then later reversed his own ruling (???) Other information i found was that he was most likely corrupt as hell and most citizens hated him they wanted him to be investigated for a number of racially driven false imprisonments (he was black by the way and the complainants mostly white im assuming) bottom line he seems like a VERY unlikely candidate for this humble award but upon further introspection maybe not because this is not your atypical award in that it mentions that the person awarded this title is hated or disliked by the majority and peers and lobbyists...(sounds like trump honestly)
