At best, you can only trust local government employees you personally know, but understand that nobody in any position of government employment will save you. 40% of them care more about their paychecks than they care about human trafficking of children / women, another 40% of them are too pussy to do anything about the other 40%, and the remaining 20% are just massively ignorant media-consumers.
