Its like a mod loading file. Some mods won't work without it, specially the high poly nude mod.

Yeah. Usually they come with originals but if they don't you can find the exact file and save a copy. Its just "copy modded file, place inside data/win32 and launch". If you want to "clean" but don't have copies or the game is fucked for some reason, with the tweaker you can do a file check (new method) and let it run. It'll download files that have been changed or are missing.
