Equivalent Exchange is the worst mod ever to include in a pack, it trivializes all other forms of progression, makes tech mods absolutely pointless, and looks like dogshit compared to cool wires and machines or Thaumcraft's alchemical actually balanced magic.
Why use balanced jetpacks that take up an armor slot, need to be refueled, and are difficult to make when you can put on the meme ring that gives you free creative mode flight?
Why put the effort into automating your quarries on moving platforms to dig immense strips of earth down to bedrock and send the ore back to base to your huge refinery that chews through millions of RF/Tick generated by a watercooled nuclear reactor when you can just set up a meme flower next to a ring of flowing shit and have a chest full of diamond blocks in a few minutes?
Why use AE2 to make an advanced inventory management system that utilizes ad-hoc networks and optimizes channels across wires to store your growing pile of loot into hard drives that you have to manage, then automate crafting recipes to go through your crafting computer server room where materials are actually sent through each of your machines to create the end product, when you can just shove that block of red matter your meme flower made for free into your meme tablet and then turn it into a million of anything you want?
Might as well be creative mode TBH.
