I would say luna has the same amount of episodes she always has (she has a few), there is even a luna and celestia episode (kind of). The show (in my opinion) does not get as bad as season 3 was and spike at your service is still the worse episode. Starlight Gilmmer is the worst part of everything going forward, but if you can get past her you will have a good time (some anons even like her to the point of waifu status for some reason).
It's up to you if you want to watch it again or not, you have 3 and 1/2 seasons of catching up to do decide to watch it again.
