Im 99% sure they'll be ditching the elements for G5. Still, I too question why they're recycling characters instead of making new ones. Yeah, G4 stole characters from its predecessors too, but that's no reason to keep doing. From a creative standpoint, you're either shoving yourself into a corner, or ripping apart the old stuff so much that it calls into question why you wanted to reuse it in the first place.
