>The second had no long-term effects.
I dis.agree wholeheartedly. Her anxiety and freak out over absolutely nothing/fake reasons has continued to this day.
And to this day Twilight is having episode-focused freakouts about the dumbest princess duties. Where the lesson is inevitably either not to sweat the small stuff and/or not to have too much on your plate. The princess shit didn't improve her character arc or her storylines in the least, she has somehow regressed.

>Crazy twilight is the same neurotic twilight
She was never neurotic. And I cannot tolerate understanding your delusional lies pushed at face value.
Her pathetic little 10 second "freak outs" back in S1 if you can even call them that were nothing compared to her anxiety and confusion in the latter seasons and the movie.
S1 Twilight Sparkle was actually a far more well-composed intelligent leader who felt the need to sarcastically mock and educate everyone on how stupid they are and to prove everyone wrong. Back in S1 she used to give the orders to everyone, not just in adventure episodes, but in social situations.
She actually was above them with her royal demeanour and felt like an intellectual figure who nags you and advices you on not being stupid.
Currently she's always an anxious dumbass. She's the one taking fake information and taking the orders till she freaks out confused and nobody admits they're stupid cunts.
