I hate to be rooting for the top cunt, but considering how often she crashes while flying at high speeds or during stunts, she must be made out of something that can handle that kind of abuse.
Even the strain of wind friction from flying at supersonic speeds would be close to being able to peel a humans skin off, yet she handles it with ease.
If you really are that worried about her surviving the collision, all she would need to do to avoid it is pick up a rock or some other object, bring it up to those supersonic speeds she could carry 4 ponies at in the Sonic Rainboom episode, and drop it before breaking away just before hitting AJ, like a dive bomber. Object hits AJ with all the force of said object moving at supersonic speed and RD doesn't have to worry about getting killed in the collision or even getting within lasso range.
I appreciate the strengths of AJ, but one of these has abilities that at best, are around the upper range of what you can get with good genetics and hard training, the other can generate enough force to propel herself through the air at far over 741mph, a feat that requires superhuman strength that requires the engine of a fighter jet to match for sheer horsepower, pun not intended.
