While the Mane6 character arcs have been greatly explored (but not exhausted, imo), it would still be possible to easily keep their stories fresh and exciting by exploring group dynamics that haven't or have rarely been touch before. Episodes like Fluttershy and Twilight, Fluttershy and Applejack, Twilight and Rainbow Dash, Twilight and Pinkie, Rarity and Dash, and pretty much pairing any character with Spike. Also pairing the CMC with Spike, together and individually. You have a point that the main character's individual arcs are mostly played out, except Pinkie and Flutters who don't seem to have arcs at all, but that's why the show should stop focusing on the individuals and dive into all the group configurations that it hasn't touched before. If it took six seasons to dry up every possible idea related to a pony by themselves, or in their big group of friends, then it'll take another six seasons to dry up the pairs of ponies thing, and maybe by that time someone will have come up with an idea for new individual arcs. Seriously, DHX could make entire season long story lines about developing the relationships between two or three members of the mane 6 on a personal level, and I think that would be really entertaining to watch.

I've been around the neighborhood for a good while, I started out in old /co/, participated in the old mlp generals there, moved to /mlp/ when it was created and stuck around a year or two after the gamergate exodus happened. If you want more activity on /pone/, the best thing you can do is to destroy the Discord. I've seen multiple smaller gatherings/ groups of people eat each other alive over bullshit drama outside of the regular imageboard threads. Whether it be skype, irc, chatbox, shoutbox, slack or now with discord, keeping any activity that could be easily had on the board inside a private chat room no matter if its free to join, hurts the board as a whole.

The question is, what format are we going for in that cast? Nightmare Nights style? Pre-recorded? Streamed?
If I'm able to make it, haven't sold the camera, and the pre-recorded style is chosen, I could get that setup with a pretty professional-grade camera and a nice microphone. Don't have a proper tripod for it though, since the one that came with it was made for a much lighter camera and the tilt handle fucking broke. Has built-in and external lighting, great low light pickup so it won't be so grainy as the nightmare night cast, and of course I'm talking up something I'm trying to sell and get rid of like an absolute autist. If I do end up selling that one beforehand, I have another one that could work and could be better than the nightmare night camera, though it's a refurbished one with a non-functional SD card slot so if we're planning on more than like 38 minutes recording time it'll have to be dropped to the 720p30 mp4 mode.
