There is a problem with this though, because whites are distinct from Jews in exactly the ways you are describing. If whites throw off the traits that define them, then they are changing their fundamental nature, perhaps changing the things that defined white people up to this point. How can whites preserve themselves if they betray their fundamental nature? The thing is, we can succeed like Jews, through nepotism, but this only gives the appearance of competence, whereas in the past whites have succeed through actually being better in certain ways. I guess the advent of mass media has elevated the importance of appearance (style over substance), but the real truth cannot be faked, not forever. I think it's better to work at making ourselves the best we can be, without all the Jewy shit, and if whites simply stuck to basic moral principles, world Jewry would go away overnight.

The problem is that too many whites have already bought into the value of appearance. They build a corporate reputation and work for the Jewish (communist) system. They take any opportunity to further themselves financially, and are not held back by basic moral questions about what is best for humanity. We can play that game, and work for ourselves and for our immediate success, but that is the Jew's game. Sure it will give us success in the short term, but in the meantime the foundations of society will continue to crumble until society collapses. Calling out Jews for what they are every time they try to shapeshift. That involves redpilling masses or forming a community with the whites already redpilled on Jewish Question, so that the next time some "fellow white" tries to give a shitty advice, you can say "you're not white you're a jew - explain how what you said will benefit us white people or fuck off"

If they try to cry "antisemitism" either shrug it off or own up to it and fire back with "anti white loxist" (look up loxism - it's a real thing and saying that word makes jews SHRIEK, at least from my experience)

Last but not least make sure the government and school (most importantly - school) are never infiltrated by Jews. I say school because as you probably know when Jews get access to teaching your children, shit really starts to go bad.

These are just some of my ideas that may be one of the options to ensure survival and independence of white people. Look at amish and try to imitate. I revere Amish for their independence and I think all white people should have the balls to say no to Jewish system of shekels, luring us with luxury.

Many such figures have risen up already, but we just can't agree on who to throw our weight behind. Perhaps it's a problem that it's easier than ever to develop a political voice for yourself using the internet, so potential supporters are diluted among 1000 mini Hitlers.

There's also the problem that this is a rather standoffish movement. One of our mottos is "go back [to where you came from]". Likewise, we aren't doing much outreach, but even if were were, we don't have any way of "capturing" and making use of people who come here. So to establish a more useful hub, we would simply need a leadership hierarchy to filter out fluff and provide concrete daily objectives. The problem with establishing a hierarchy is that we all like to be anonymous, so our ranks are inevitably filled with enemies vying for leadership roles (mods, jannies, etc.) so that they can subvert the board. Perhaps a better board would have bidirectional ranking system, so that mods can ban users, but users can also vote to ban mods based on the history of what content they are scrubbing.

There are some leadership figures already out there. I think DS is a pretty decent newspaper in terms of what it covers and how, but it doesn't really give the reader any ideas of what they can do to help. It is not making any attempts to provide central organization. For one, whenever there is a decent central organization like DS, we tend to fight amongst ourselves over how ideologically pure they are. This is a unique problem to the information age. Imagine if the German people had the internet for looking up Hitler's past. Who knows what dirt they would have found, but he had the benefit of a private life, which is a thing of the past now.

Another problem is that he simply told people to vote for him, and they did. The internet gives this movement a great amount of power, but it still doesn't have the reach of MSM (including fb, twitter, etc.) and, in the NPC-sphere, a neo-Hitler would be attacked to oblivion by those institutions which we can see steer the NPCs toward the two-party system with great efficiency. We can reach enough people to create massive unrest, but probably not enough to win elections. IMO, we have to accept that 10-20% of the population is probably enough for whatever goals we have, and the other 80-90% are brainwashed bystanders who shouldn't be taken seriously anyway.

So in conclusion, the information age makes us more interconnected than ever before, and this has its pros and cons for a revolutionary movement. The fact is the rules of the game have completely changed since Hitler rose to power, and for someone to accomplish the same feat now, they can't simply imitate what Hitler did. Rather, they will have to discover a completely new strategy tailored for the modern game. Maybe that simply means saying the right things at the right time until you have millions of followers, but maybe that requires waiting until economic conditions have reached unprecedented lows when people will be most receptive to anti-Wiemar rhetoric. Maybe doing now what Hitler did back then is only possible if thousands of anons coordinate with each other efficiently and anonymously, and maybe this requires some new technology that doesn't exist yet… Or maybe we just aren't doing enough because we are also on the NPC spectrum and would rather look at memes than put up fliers in minecraft.

I don't think any individual today can do what Hitler did, simply because of the new rules and because of the amount of power that government has now. They can take out anyone.
