Ylva Johansson is the EU Commissioner in charge of the Chat Control Bill. In recent days she has taken part in several interviews in Swedish media and also spoken in front of EU parliament members.
It’s obvious during the interviews that Ylva Johansson does not understand her own bill and what consequences it would have. She constantly repeats misleading and incorrect arguments. Above all, she continues to claim that it’s possible to scan end-to-end encrypted communication without breaking the encryption. It’s remarkable that the responsible EU Commissioner gets away with this, without tremendous criticism from media and members of the EU Parliament (we know, there are some speaking up, but it’s not enough).

Best backup everything while it's still available to us, that's been my modus operandi for many years now. Many others are doing the same. Don't think you will be able to rely on a free internet forever, get prepared now, get whatever information is important to you now (including any media) and have multiple offline backups/copies of it all. Other people, organizations and nations have been doing the same. By the time we have to go offline, I intend to have anything I want and need from the internet all offline, multiple backups. Online service, just like I did with TV many years ago, will then be canceled.

We don't have anything resembling a democracy today. America was supposed to be a Constitutional Republic anyway, I'd rather it be that way but we don't have anything resembling that today either. What we do have is corrupt, incompetent and arrogant "leaders" who are radical ideologues, selfish in their own doings and practices, who completely live in their own delusional bubbles spoiled and pampered. They don't mind destroying our economy, flooding the country with third world illegal aliens or bringing America to the brink of world war, just so long as they can hold onto power.
