Government is Night Watchman State Minarchism, a system wherein our leaders possess no legislative powers, they act as overseers, enforcing the laws as they had been written at the nation's founding, the leaders would also have other duties like the commanding of our police and military, or setting the rates of taxation.
In place of the legislative branch is the government running its own central banking system and its own set of commercial banks, with laws prohibiting them from charging interest, issuing currency backed by fiat alone, or operating by fractional reserve.
The law is the Non Aggression Principle, but it applies only to living adult male humans of the white race, as only they meet the requirements for the legal recognition of their personhood, these five criteria are defined in the strictest biological sense, and any entity or being who fail to meet even one of these five criteria are not protected by the law, but neither are they accountable to it (jews are automatically disqualified from being considered white).
There'd also be a culture of eugenics where it is encouraged that human traits which are considered most desirable are to be increased and human traits which are considered least desirable are to be decreased, human physical appearance being placed among the highest standards of human evaluation (such as those which produce a greater stature and slimmer figure) especially the recessive phenotypes, such as those which produce lower levels of pigmentation (such as blonde hair and blue eyes).
Taxes would take the form of a percentage of all transactions that use the national currency, charged twice on transactions that occur across
the national borders, and in the form of a regular percentage of the amount paid to acquire ownership over a holding of land by its current land owner, theyd also be collected in the form of a set fee for crossing the border and the profits made by the bank through its fees that are collected in the form of a percentage of the deposits held in reserve.
The empire's highest office would be held by the imperial monarchy, for which only male successors of the bloodline may qualify as heirs to the throne. The emperor is the ultimate commander in chief over the military and police, and the owner of the bank, as well as the one who sets the rates (though not the means) of taxation.
