Disabled groups? Huh? As far as forcing anyone to get "educated" hell no. That is up to the individual. If an individual wants to take on massive student loan debts to be brainwashed with Marxism only to be flipping burgers the rest of their lives then whatever, that's up to them. I'd recommend the trade (although I hear illegals are taking most those jobs today which is impacting labor wages - thank the Dems for that btw).
