OTSEGO COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) — A woman had to be rescued from an outhouse toilet at a boat launch after Michigan State Police said she lowered herself down there trying to retrieve an Apple watch she dropped.
State police said Conservation Officers from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources troopers from the Michigan State Police Gaylord Post, and Otsego County EMS all responded to the scene at at Dixon Lake in Otsego County around 11 a.m. Tuesday.

The toilet was removed, and a strap was used to hoist the woman out to safety.
Troopers are now saying if you lose an item in an outhouse toilet, do not attempt to venture inside the containment area, as serious injury may occur.
The woman apparently got her watch back.
