It means the DISCOVERY stage of the trial is complete, and since there's no jury in NYC civil hearings, the judge has every right and reason to go ahead and make a summary judgment based on the evidence…

It means there's no need for him to listen to Trump…

Because he has all of the evidence in front of him…

AGAIN : civil trials in New York City are not jury trials. In this civil litigation, all of the final decisions are made by the judge

The judge has seen all of the discovery from both sides

And he doesn't need to continue with a trial, because the evidence speaks for itself, no matter what comes out of Donald Trump's mouth…

He committed fraud, and the evidence is crystal clear… In fact, there's an overwhelming mind-boggling overabundance of evidence, that clearly shows they were cooking the books.

The judge doesn't need to ask Donald Trump a goddamn thing….

There's no need to even proceed at this point

Because the judge has already made his decision

There's a very simple reason why the prosecuting attorney filed a motion for summary judgment :

☆ both sides have filed all the evidence for discovery

☆ Trump's lawyers have requested delay after delay after delay after delay after delay after delay after delay, trying to manipulate the court system with delays

☆ so the prosecutor motioned for a summary judgment

☆ the judge looked at all the evidence and looked at all the numbers, the books, IRS records, fraudulent Bank filing after fraudulent Bank filing after another fraudulent Bank filing and another fraudulent IRS return and another fraudulent Bank filing and another one and another one after that

☆ the judge continued going through all of the discovery, and finding another fraudulent Bank filing, another fraudulent filing, more fraud, more lies, more IRS fraud, more overpricing and underpricing, changing numbers continually, manipulating the system while committing bank fraud

☆ that's the judges courtroom, not trumps

☆ the judge is the one who makes the final ruling

☆ the judge has seen enough evidence to realize Trump is guilty as fuck, having committed bank fraud for decades, his entire sham business built on lies and fraud

☆ GUILTY !!!

☆ nobody needs to hear Trump say a fucking word
