The idea is that Rome (which the idea evolved into Christianity, the west, and -finally- white people) is the remnant of 8 kings of Edom (Zohar III) and roam as creatures called Qlippot or dross who trapped sparks/souls of righteousness.
According to Jews, in order to 'restore the world' there has to be fewer Qlippot (via influence their reproduction and reach), if not get rid of them completely, and 'absorb' those sparks back to the divine.

This is why Jews despise white people, the west, Christianity and Rome even when they never personally experience anything negative from them.
The deepest irony of all this is that history showed that the people of Edom not only helped to destroyed the first Jewish temple, Jews interbreed with them (Idumeans), was ruled by them (Herod's line), but now they worship a religion commands to kill Jews, yet they get a pass by Jews because the actual children of Edom via Ishmael cut their dicks (Zohar II) where white people will never get such approval.
