MY COMMENT: It's easier to simply ditch those spyphones altogether and use a VPN service when going online from a PC or laptop. Stop using any online Google platform as well. Use alternative web browsers like Tor or Librewolf, a decent Linux operating system, etc. I also find it easier to protect your privacy by simply unplugging your online connection when not in use. It's much harder for them to spy on you when you don't even have your computer hooked up to a modem 24/7.
