ATLANTA - Fulton County Sheriff's officials say they're investigating a bomb threat that was called in to the county courthouse.
Sheriff's spokeswoman Tracy Flanagan says the threat was made Thursday afternoon and the scene surrounding the courthouse in downtown Atlanta had been cleared about an hour and 15 minutes later.
Flanagan says sheriff's deputies, search dogs and MARTA officials searched the area around the building and found nothing. Flanagan says the courthouse was not evacuated and streets around it were blocked off while authorities searched the area.
