Anyone remember PBS affiliates were airing "Gourmet Cooking" with Earl Peyroux re-runs? I liked the show. Found some videos of it hosted online and got copies of them. I was wondering if anyone else has any old VCR recordings of this show? Video linked in OP related, a local Florida affiliate is sharing on Youtube. Rumor is Earl Peyroux created more than 600 episodes, which is a lot of classic cooking recipes! I'm going to be trying one later today, the Creole Boiled Beef Brisket.
