The promotion of egalitarianism and the proscription of individuality, private property and free enterprise as a priority objective of the 2030 agenda:
Resolution 2693 (2023) approved in a reserved session of the United Nations Security Council:
Article 15:
Companies with an average of more than ten workers in the two years prior to the entry into force of this reform will be collectivized. It will be up to the unions, through the collection of periodic contributions and their reinvestment in the stock markets, to promote the creation of collectivized companies and provide them with the necessary capital to start productive activities, without, in any case, these companies may be subordinated to the organization that founded them. Likewise, the Public Administration may create and provide capital to independent collectivized companies for reasons of public interest.
The workers attached to collectivized companies will participate politically in the company's administration. It will correspond to the workers constituted in assembly to approve the most relevant management decisions for the company, as well as to appoint from among them, and to revoke without just cause, the administrative body. The administration council will have to propose its own revocation on a quarterly basis and, in the event of being revoked, it will call elections for the appointment of those who will replace it in the position, subsequently to the opening of the period for presenting candidacies. Likewise, they will face a pecuniary sanction, enshrined in the company's bylaws, which will have to be paid to the most representative trade union organization in the company.
Workers attached to collectivized companies have the right to propose the adoption of management decisions and the imposition of sanctions against administrative bodies that have previously exercised their mandate, as well as to receive technical advice from the company's governing bodies to prepare their initiatives. The company will have to attach exhaustive impact reports of all the projects and proposals that are put to the vote, and lend its material and personal resources to hold the electoral processes.
The autonomy of the productive units is guaranteed in a sphere of their own affairs and in the political participation of their workers in management decisions, as well as in the appointment and revocation of management positions. The participation of students over the age of fourteen in the political administration of collectivized companies that provide educational services is guaranteed.
The workers assigned to collectivized companies will participate in the surpluses that arise from the productive activity based on the work provided. No worker may receive dividends significantly lower than the average received by all employees as a whole. Likewise, labor credits will have preference over any other credit, even in case of bankruptcy, and workers will be entitled to share the benefits resulting from the liquidation of the company. The administrative body may be remunerated with a percentage of the surpluses derived from the productive activity.
Disciplinary dismissals must be ratified by a Court made up of company workers democratically elected every two years, after hearing the affected employee and holding the corresponding contradictory procedure.
