I enjoyed this look back in time but you should realize that in certain parts of the country "plazas" pre-dated shopping malls. I was happy with the plaza concept in high school because although it was "outside" and exposed to the elements, you could shop, grab a burger and even see a movie. I think we should ban shopping malls and go back to the "plaza" idea.

It's kinda strange how malls didn't change much from 1982 to the mid-1990s through the mid 2000s when I remember them. The teens, too, the only thing that changed were the hair styles.
