Hello Rusbros. Please give me some insights on what ukies did that provoked escalation, or when they were just naughty. I only know about the Odessa incident. It's a genuine question from me, Google doesn't show anything, I just want to know.

The Darkness Ahead: Where The Ukraine War Is Headed

https://mearsheimer.substack.com/p/the-darkness-ahead-where-the-ukraine

This is a decent report outlining some of the past and more recent conflicts between Russia and Ukraine. After 2014, tensions between Ukraine and Russia began to escalate when a Western-backed anti-Russian government was elected into power which eventually sought to allow NATO bases in Ukraine bordering Russia. After the new Ukrainian government passed a law outlawing the use of Russian languages which many in the Donbass regions fluently speak, it caused tensions to rise between Eastern and Western Ukrainians, sparking a civil war between Ukraine nationalists and Russians currently living in Ukraine at that time, most of native-Russians living in the Eastern Donbass region. I do not know the exact issue that sparked Russia to invade Ukraine but it did certainly have to do with increasing hostility between the two nations which I do believe was unnecessarily provoked by Western governments.

What this whole conflict boils down to, I believe, is a fight over natural resources between Russia and the West. Russia has a ton of natural resources that could keep Western nations enriched for generations to come, if Western governments could inevitably undermine and defeat Russia and then exploit those resources after successful regime change. Otherwise the Western world would be forced to keep using our own national resources (which our governments do not want us "useless eaters" using more and more of despite us having plenty to extract and utilize).

You idiot. There's 14 ukronazis left and they took a page from Saddam Hussein's playbook. They each dug holes in the rich Ukraine soil and they're eating dirt. Cry more.

I'll tell you what sparked Russia's special military op - 40 + U.S.-owned biolabs all over Ukraine. All basically on Russia's border. Gee, you don't think a deadly virus might "escape" one of them and find its way to Moscow. Or do you?

I would not be at all shocked if true. I hope, if true, someday these war criminals pay the price: Nuremberg 2.0 for (((them!)))

The people in eastern Ukraine states are Russian and want to separate from Kiev to align more with Russia. Ukraine said no, and started bombing the eastern breakaway states and that started about 8 years ago. Russia said fuck that shit, those are Russians, we're going to protect them.
