MY COMMENT: Yes, you hit the nail right on the head on a lot of this. Compromised corrupted governments are the biggest threats to our current society and nations today, above all else. If corrupt hostile entities take over national governments and politics - as has already happened in most of the modern Western world - then we no longer have the same nations we once lived in or had been adjusted to living in. One thing I'd add to this: this is NOT A GAME. There is NO reset button. This is reality. This reality can and will determine whether countries rise or fall in the future. There is no second chance for anyone, this is life or death, there will be winners and there will be losers and loss can be fatal to a nation state.
My recommendation is to prepare wisely, do what you can to protect yourself, family and local community (if you have one). If for example as you said, if you live in the UK you best just leave and migrate elsewhere, some places have no oppositional fortitude and no chance in hell of fighting back against tyranny. As bad as much of America has gotten, I'll have to say at least we still have some strong opposition as well the ability to defend ourselves, families and local communities if need be.
