The same thing that's happened to other kings in the last thousand years from the sunerians to the 20th century, they get revolted and killed and another king replaces them, some kings are good and some are bad and for bad ones you just revolt and install a better ruler as king.

I'd rather have a tyrannical king that upholds morality than a corrupt republic that imprison grown men unable to afford a place of their own living with their parents for self perceived "threats " that clearly have no evidence of being carried out.
