In 2018, during one of several phone calls, Marfan Syndrome Scarecrow Jerry explained his plight:

he was born with the creepy genetic defect called MARFAN SYNDROME

"he has never been able to work"

but he WAS able to get around just fine..

he WAS able to inject heroin

he WAS able to show up at the methadone clinic parking lot every morning

he simply PRETENDED that he was unable to work, because he's a duplicitous lazy sack of garbage who drains taxpayer dollars while he pretends to be an upstanding law abiding patriotic citizen who contributes to society and pays his taxes

(the IRS doesnottax lazy bum welfare benefits)

But if you study Marfan syndrome, you will learn the truth about Jerry.. as he gets older, he gets weaker and sicker and sicker and weaker and his heart begins failing and all of his systems begin failing…

that's what's happening to him now

he LIED, and claimed he's "healthier than a teenager"

SO…. IF HE'S "SUDDENLY HEALTHY" WHY DOESN'T HE HAVE A JOB???

hint: he's the WORD CIRCLE LIAR, who claims he has a job "developing"…

developing WHAT?…..

HE DOESNT HAVE A JOB BECAUSE HES ON WELFARE BENEFITS & EBT FOOD STAMPS

(if he was actually working, developing something for somebody, then WHY can't he afford a $50 phone line?)

People who have Marfan syndrome are not able to qualify for SSDI benefits under an Social Security Administration (SSA) listing. However, this does not mean that these individuals will be denied benefits. If complications of the condition are severe, these complications can qualify a person for SSI benefits.

The major difference is that SSI determination is based on age/disability and limited income and resources, whereas SSDI determination is based on disability and work credits. In addition, in most states, an SSI recipient will automatically qualify for health care coverage through Medicaid.
