number two: PEAR JUICE IS IN ALMOST EVERYTHING

due to its innocuous mild sweet flavor, 90% of all fruit juices are PEAR JUICE

(they simply add other fruit flavors to the PEAR juice)

So if your theory was true, there wouldn't be cancer anymore
