The term "glowies" and "glowniggers" derives from the Soviet's use of spy tracking dust that glowed under certain conditions. The term "glowniggers" has long been used by image board users going back to Terry Davis who was a computer geek schizo poster. Terry always used to think the CIA was out to get him, calling the feds "glow in the dark niggers" for trying to 'sabotage' his Temple OS project (a totally offline-only computer operating system lol).
