I am one of the biggest critics of veganism but this is not a fair direction you've taken with this thread. I think cooked veganism is OK if you limit the high omega-6 oils that the vegan profiteers put in a lot of their "healthy alternatives." Regular Oatly has a ton of canola oil for example. Many of the popular mock meats have canola and soybean oil in large amounts. However, I know Field Roast puts high oleic safflower oil in their "meat" which is better ( monounsaturated oleic acid isn't as easily oxidized as the polyunsaturated fats ).

Humans actually need a certain amount of protein in their diet or they'll suffer malnutrition. Meat and eggs have a lot of protein.

But the biggest issue is I don't think the baby starved for that reason: babies are supposed to eat mush food, their bodies can't yet digest full food properly. So if you giving a baby raw veggies and slices of fruit, the chances are the baby is not eating enough or even digesting the food properly. They should be feeding the baby certified organic baby food if they really want the kid to be healthy.
