I think cooked veganism is OK if you limit the high omega-6 oils that the vegan profiteers put in a lot of their "healthy alternatives." Regular Oatly has a ton of canola oil for example. Many of the popular mock meats have canola and soybean oil in large amounts. However, I know Field Roast puts high oleic safflower oil in their "meat" which is better ( monounsaturated oleic acid isn't as easily oxidized as the polyunsaturated fats ).

But the biggest issue is I don't think the baby starved for that reason: babies are supposed to eat mush food, their bodies can't yet digest full food properly. So if you giving a baby raw veggies and slices of fruit, the chances are the baby is not eating enough or even digesting the food properly. They should be feeding the baby certified organic baby food if they really want the kid to be healthy.

Regarding hormones and proteins, those two separate things require separate considerations.
For hormones, in order to increase milk production, dairy cows are often fed with estrogens that cause their breasts to grow, since bigger breasts = more milk. The primary downside modern milk then is the risk of contamination by those female hormones, which can promote early sexual maturity in females and feminization/breast growth in males.
As for proteins, cows have different nutritional requirements than humans. For human babies, cow milk has not enough vitamins and too much protein. Infant kidneys cant handle that and it is highly advised that they are fed exclusively human milk for at least two years after birth. However, after that, the dietary needs of a human changes and our digestive systems get stronger. All the proteins in cow's milk becomes extra nutritious and can help you grow strong, provided you also consume other foods to make up for the vitamins that it lacks.

Pasteurization of milk only became a thing when USA kikes began trying to undercut green field cows milk with filthy cow battery farms. cows were crammed nose to butthole in shit filled sheds and force fed slop : slop is cheap filth left over from food production. This made the cows very unhealthy, and the milk they produced was diseased. Hence after too many mass poisons the kikes decided it was necessary to heat the milk before selling it.
Later when the kikes had control over the milk market they forced this unnecessary requirement on green field milk producers.
raw milk naturally contains positive gut bacteria, pasteurized milk does not, its been killed. So while pastuerized milk lasts longer, its not as healthy as fresh raw milk. If u have chronic gut problems it might we worth trying to obtain a source of raw milk - positive bacteria might cure your illness.
