I am technically a pharmakós because I've been banned from a market and also from a pharmacy heh.
Notice how pragmatic this whole thing is btw? I'd say we should bring back this tradition but it's bound to happen automatically anyways. During periods of genuine strife and food shortages the useless, deformed, etc. can't and shouldn't be kept alive when it means a healthy and functional person starving to death.
