Does this count as relapse? I'm on day 350, blowing a load because of excercise really came at me from left field confused and still pretty horny to be honest. I would be glad to hear your opinion.

It obviously doesn't count if it's involuntarily and wasn't provoked by edging, fantasies, or other types of porn use. But watch out, as I know from experience that you'll be more vulnerable to relapsing for the next several days. GJ on reaching day 350, I hope to get that far on this streak.

U hang and twist back and forth to exercise side abs. Apperantly if you do cardiovascular before it increases the chance. Must avoid temptation ahhhhhh
