I relapsed tonight after a 6 day streak. I've tried nofap on and off for maybe three years now but never even broken a month. I'm going to post here once a day, talk about my progress, my difficulties, and my motivations. I hope that interacting with you all and compiling my thoughts will help me stay focused.
