I have just relapsed i don't require porn nor do i watch porn

I saw a pornographic image on twitter and i guess that's what triggered me to relapse I will try to avoid sinful images and media's and i will pray the rosary everyday. I usually last 2 weeks until something on the internet triggers me to relapse
