NNN is almost at its end. Regardless of how long you did it, regardless of the failures and successes you had, do you understand the need for nofap? If you failed, once, twice, multiple times, did you feel how bad it was afterwards? The sluggishness in your muscles, the non-existance of drive and discipline? The general feel of depression? If you succeeded, do you feel the nervous energy below your skin? How your muscles are itching for action? The elegance with which you seem to carry yourself? A fundemental better feeling in your life? I kind of want this thread to be a bit of a longer term exchange of experiences, not the "I just fapped and now I feel bad", but the "I've been trying this for months now, and while I've failed much, those failures made me feel the difference and long even more after a good streak."

Strife is the mother of all change, brothers. Do you feel how the conflict in yourself is reshaping your very being into a more disciplined, more aimed person? I hoope it is happening to you. If it isn't, does reading this make you want for it?

also, I'm probably going to use this thread as my personal blog. If that isn't a problem with you guys

I was never into the no nut november stuff, but this has been the most successful month for me so far, done two streaks that have beat my last personal records.

I've also made some positive changes in my life, cutting out phone and computer use and focusing more on my problems. So overall no nut november was good to me.

>also, I'm probably going to use this thread as my personal blog. If that isn't a problem with you guys

Good luck.

NNN is just the beginning. Good luck on your journey.

Any plans you'd like to enact in the future? /sig/ style?

My journey is going really well im at 63 days. It has been hard, and some days it has been very difficult to tear my eyes away from an image I stumbled upon, but I found the strength and courage to control myself. Let's hope for at least double the amount of days!

I started four days early and failed four days early, resulting in a new PB of 30 days.

>do you understand the need for nofap?

Now I view it as part of a lifestyle. It did very little standalone during the times I couldn't work out / didn't have to focus. Taking a break from porn has a much bigger effect, and working out is again bigger than that.

>if you failed… did you feel how bad it was afterwards?

No. It was a good nut, and negative feelings (especially feelings of insufficiency) are fuel for addictions, anyway, so I don't even feel bad for enjoying it. Aftereffects like what you describe are also less than noticeable. In fact, today was an exceptionally productive day for me.

>if you succeeded, do you feel the nervous energy etc.

Even if I couldn't last the actual NNN, I did 30 days so I think I can answer here, too, and the answer is no. I'd say working out has way better effects in isolation. And generalizing from that, the core issue is mental and physical discipline, and in that picture, nofap is one of many smaller rewards stemming from that discipline.

But, this is comparing to a baseline of once every four days, so people who fap twice a day would experience a bigger difference.
