It depends on the mode of nofap that you're doing. Some people count ejaculations during dreams as relapses and some of them don't. As I see it, semen retention is necessary to get the benefits of nofap, so I count it as a relapse whenever it happens. Depending on who you are, you may have to deal with lots of the kinds of dreams that typically lead towards nocturnal emissions, or you may not. If you are disciplined enough to reliably avoid relapses while awake, you can do the same while during dreams, you just have to use different techniques. I developed my own techniques by characterizing the situation as "A barely conscious, horny, low IQ idiot is soon going to be in control of my body for a while, and this is going to happen repeatedly. What memes can I reliably inject into his mind such that he is guided away from relapsing while he is controlling my body." The "part" of you that is still there in dreams is what you need to focus on reprogramming. Learning to lucid dream doesn't necessarily help with this.

Don't do this unless you know exactly what you're doing. As far as I know, and I've never tried this, the "correct" way to do it actually just redirects your semen and you pee it out later. So, you're still losing your semen. If you're past the point of no return when masturbating, don't try anything weird, just let it happen and don't do it again.
