>when enough people are redpilled on porn and masturbation
Traction is picking up on the notion of sex addiction, and I suppose by extension porn addiction. in fact the other day I saw it mentioned on The Talk. They showed an interview they did of a "doctor" saying there's no evidence it's a real addiction, and then they had a guy on the show debunk his claims, video related. However, the base of his argument is that everything that feels good can be addictive, and that therefore everything that feels good is ok in moderation, including pornography. But it's better than nothing.
As for being redpilled on masturbation, the notion that masturbation is harmful can very quickly lead to the notion that sex is harmful as well, and in fact I believe both notions are true, and I'll probably be celibate or mostly celibate for the rest of my life. I definitely won't be having sex weekly like my parents do.
Sex is such a part of most people's identity that saying it's harmful is just too much for them.
