I almost relapsed a few minutes ago, I'm 15 days strong. I went on /b/ which as you know is flooded with porn. Before I knew I had an incognito tab opened with xhamster and started watching hardcore porn until I realized that I was barely aroused, and rather than escalate things stopped completely.

How can I prevent myself from being triggered? I'm not going on /b/ anymore but aside from that I feel like I can't escape sex, it's on the radio, facebook, snapchat. tv, instagram, movies, basically everywhere except irl.

I unintentionaly ended up on a 3 day streak because i exhaust myself working hard from waking up to dropping in my bed. I am too tired to even consider fapping. Writing this half-asleep from bed, gotta sleep tight so i can feel great tomorow and get a lot done.
