Haven't done nofap before, only found about it recently.
Used to masturbate like once every 2/3 days, however with work and stuff I only then realised it's been two weeks since I last did so. So I decided to try out nofap.
Anyway a week down the line and I keep getting urges, so yesterday I edged but didn't orgasm, and have done so again today.
By then I realise I made a mistake and have stopped. However, which is better for my health now? To just not do anything, or orgasm and get rid of the dopamine and whatever else is in my head now?
I'm not concerned with just keeping up my record, would rather do whichever option is most beneficial
