Hello.

Haven't done nofap before, only found about it recently.

Used to masturbate like once every 2/3 days, however with work and stuff I only then realised it's been two weeks since I last did so. So I decided to try out nofap.

Anyway a week down the line and I keep getting urges, so yesterday I edged but didn't orgasm, and have done so again today.

By then I realise I made a mistake and have stopped. However, which is better for my health now? To just not do anything, or orgasm and get rid of the dopamine and whatever else is in my head now?

I would assume that the worst thing you could do would be to go all the way. As long as you don't edge again you'll be fine. The recovery will take slightly longer. Edging doesn't set you back as far as ejaculating does. Remember, PMO (porn,masturbation,orgasm) is in order of least worst to worst
