I've locked all the threads, and I've disabled the ability to create new threads without administrative permissions. Effectively locking the board, for everyone that isn't a mod or an admin. Some of you appear to desperately want to have your own space, but don't seem to be very keen on creating it or running it yourself, but now with the closure of this board you'll have to make do without it. I find this to be the right decision as I'd rather not delete this board no matter how much some of you yearn for its destruction. I've been a member of the brit/politics/ community for maybe three or five years now, and I still fondly remember our old board as that strange /pol/ alternative that we just took over. Feel free to still use the cytube or Bongo Bongo Land, however I will not. It was a pleasure posting here and occasionally on /brit/ with you all, but I think we've all been due a long break for a while now, and maybe after that I'll reopen the board. Any copycat boards will not be officially approved by me, nor will I make a secret board or Bongo Bongo Land.
Vanlad, britposter, Pembs, and any other MIA posters who might read this in the future, sorry it had to end like this.
