Depending on what you mean by decline, my answer here varies but assuming you mean economic decline then I disagree. The policy that has taken us to economic decline is a lot closer to what Mosley would like that you'd think. The govt in this country has maintained many business stifling regulations and taxes that makes it extremely difficult for business start ups to take off. this is vaguely in line with what mosley would've wanted. The big inefficient state subsidised corporate monopolies that have fucked us over today would also be present under corporatism fascism.
Capitalism on the other hand hasn't been present in this country since WW1. Capitalism was what gave this country a mighty empire, and it will be what brings us supremacy in the future.
