Neptunia Victory has 2 Falcoms, because there's the Hyperdimension Falcom who is older and the Ultradimension Falcom who is younger because different era being represented.
R;B1 reused all of the Victory Makers out of laziness so they just had VIctory Falcom for no real reason.

I agree with this. Makers should get more time to grow into characters. Sure, they might become stereotypes of the games their companies make, but it would add more variety to them all, and I think part of why we all really enjoy Neptunia is character interaction
